Jonathan Yermack serves as AIR Asset Management's Firm Finance Consultant, providing guidance and analysis on financial matters to optimize the firm's financial operations, decision-making, and overall performance. With a focus on financial review, analysis, reporting, tax compliance and strategies, ERP implementation, accounting close cycles, GAAP reporting, and audit, Mr. Yermack has successfully guided organizations in optimizing their financial operations. Before AIR Asset Management, he was a consultant at GFXCS, providing valuable expertise in financial leadership roles and advising on growth strategies, compliance, forecasting, and treasury. Furthermore, his experience as an interim Director of Finance for a manufacturing and cryptocurrency company allowed him to excel in finance, accounting, tax, trading, and treasury operations. Mr. Yermack’s expertise extends to his tenure at Northern Trust, where he managed financial accounting and investor services teams, developed strategic client relationships, and implemented innovative solutions to enhance automation and client operations. Mr. Yermack received a Master of Science in Accounting and Tax from the University of Illinois and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
